Terms and Conditions
Last updated: August 1, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of runrando.com, its subdomains, and the Rando services (together, the "Services"), operated by the Rando team ("Rando," "we," "us").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. What Rando Is
Rando is a programmable rewards and creator-infrastructure platform.
Rando OS is the live command and control center for a project, combining token intelligence, monitoring, reporting, alerts, simulations, and AI-assisted decision support.
Rando Rewards is the live primary execution product. It uses programmable fee routing and randomized selection processes to distribute rewards to eligible token holders and social participants.
Some actions occur on-chain, while others are coordinated through Rando-operated software and third-party services.
2. Eligibility and Legal Capacity
You must have reached the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
You may not use the Services where doing so would violate applicable law, sanctions, export controls, or other legal restrictions. Participation is void where prohibited.
Rando does not collect or verify your physical location. You are responsible for determining whether your use of the Services and receipt of rewards are lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. Reward Programs and Displayed Settings
Reward settings may vary by project, campaign, token, and reward mode.
The applicable interface may display settings such as:
- eligibility requirements
- minimum token balances
- entry periods
- draw timing
- payout thresholds
- reward amounts
- fee allocations
- exclusions
- supported platforms
- participation instructions
Displayed campaign or reward details form part of these Terms for the applicable program.
Rando may change programmable settings for future draws and campaigns. Changes do not retroactively alter completed blockchain transactions. Technical or emergency changes may be made when necessary to protect the Services or address an error, security issue, third-party failure, fraud, or manipulation.
4. Holder Rewards
For current $RANDO holder rewards:
- eligibility is determined separately for each wallet
- the current minimum is 1,000,000 $RANDO
- the minimum must remain in the same wallet throughout the applicable draw interval
- balances held across separate wallets are not combined
- each qualifying wallet receives one chance, regardless of the amount held above the minimum
The following are ineligible:
- wallets owned or controlled by the Rando project or team
- liquidity pools
- exchanges
- custodians
- program-owned accounts
- other non-user wallets
- wallets involved in fraud, botting, sybil activity, coordinated manipulation, or abuse
Rando's current automated checks may not identify every ineligible wallet category. Rando may exclude or disqualify a wallet when it reasonably determines that the wallet is ineligible or threatens the integrity of a reward program.
Continuous-hold validation and other eligibility checks may be performed on selected candidates rather than every wallet included in an initial count. Aggregate eligible-wallet counts may therefore include wallets that would fail final validation if selected.
Rando's determinations concerning eligibility, fraud, abuse, botting, sybil activity, manipulation, disqualification, and reward allocation are final.
5. Social Campaigns
Social campaigns may use supported platform identities. Platform availability depends on the applicable campaign, Rando's implementation, and third-party support.
You are responsible for providing accurate and current usernames, wallet addresses, and other participation information. Rando is not responsible for delayed, failed, or misdirected rewards caused by inaccurate or outdated information.
Rando may permit corrections but is not required to accept them after an entry period or selection has closed.
A supported identity provider or reward-routing provider may resolve an existing wallet or provision a wallet associated with a social identity.
6. Randomization and Public Records
Randomization methods vary by reward mode and campaign. Some modes may use blockchain-derived inputs, while other modes may use server-side selection methods.
Rando may identify the randomization method in the applicable interface or proof record, but does not guarantee that every record contains the method, seed, algorithm, or enough information for an independent party to reproduce the selection.
Depending on the reward mode and record version, public records may include:
- a draw or campaign identifier
- an execution timestamp
- aggregate eligibility information
- an excluded-wallet count
- a winner address or username
- a reward amount
- a transaction or account link
- additional mode-specific information
Some values may exist only in the live interface or execution response and may not be retained permanently. Aggregate counts may reflect the current implementation and may not represent every wallet removed by every validation rule.
Winner displays may truncate wallet addresses, but full addresses may remain available through public APIs, linked blockchain transactions, account explorers, or other underlying proof data.
Rando does not publish the complete eligible-wallet list as a standard public record.
7. Reward Delivery
Rewards may be:
- transferred directly by Rando
- routed through third-party fee-sharing infrastructure
- assigned to an existing wallet associated with a social identity
- assigned to a wallet provisioned through a supported provider
For direct wallet payouts initiated by Rando, Rando generally pays the applicable network transaction fee. Third-party claim and transaction mechanics remain governed by the applicable provider.
Rando does not impose a general claim deadline on rewards assigned to third-party-provisioned wallets. A specific interface may display different campaign information, and third-party availability may affect access. If displayed information conflicts with these Terms, Rando may correct the display and determine the appropriate treatment of the affected reward.
Rewards assigned to a winner are not ordinarily reclaimed or redirected by Rando solely because they remain unclaimed. Continued access depends on the relevant wallet and third-party infrastructure.
Reward amounts may be subject to minor technical adjustments caused by token decimals, rounding, transaction mechanics, or similar operational requirements. Rando is not required to separately disclose immaterial adjustments.
8. Errors, Failed Draws, and Corrective Action
Rando may correct typographical, technical, calculation, display, eligibility, or other errors affecting the Services.
Rando may cancel, invalidate, postpone, or rerun a draw or campaign when it reasonably determines that a technical error, fraud, manipulation, invalid data, third-party failure, or other issue compromised the result.
Rando may withhold, reroute, return, or reallocate a reward if the selected participant is ineligible, engaged in fraud or abuse, cannot be contacted, cannot receive the reward, or otherwise fails to satisfy the applicable requirements.
An affected reward may be reassigned through another selection, returned to a prize wallet, carried forward, or handled as stated through the applicable interface.
Completed blockchain transactions generally cannot be reversed.
9. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- manipulate or attempt to manipulate a reward program
- use bots, sybil wallets, false identities, or coordinated activity to gain improper eligibility or additional chances
- exploit bugs or inaccurate data
- bypass or test security controls without authorization
- access non-public systems or data
- introduce malicious code
- overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Services
- abuse APIs, endpoints, or rate limits
- interfere with other users
- impersonate Rando or its contributors
- use Rando materials for fake draws, scams, or deceptive promotions
- copy, reproduce, republish, reverse engineer, scrape, or create misleading versions of protected Rando materials except as permitted by law or written authorization
Rando may keep disqualification decisions, excluded-wallet information, fraud reviews, and related evidence confidential. Public records may report aggregate exclusions or rerolls without identifying affected wallets.
10. Suspension and Changes to the Services
Rando may suspend, restrict, modify, or discontinue any part of the Services when reasonably necessary to address:
- a Terms violation
- fraud or abuse
- security risks
- legal requirements
- technical problems
- third-party failures
- conduct that threatens the integrity or availability of the Services
Rando may also change or discontinue reward programs, supported platforms, schedules, thresholds, fee-routing configurations, or other features.
Suspension or termination does not affect provisions that by their nature should survive.
11. Wallets and Blockchain Transactions
You are solely responsible for securing your wallet, private keys, seed phrase, devices, and credentials.
Rando will never ask for your private keys or seed phrase.
Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Rando cannot recover assets lost through an incorrect address, wallet compromise, user error, malicious software, or failure of a wallet provider or blockchain network.
12. Digital-Asset Risks
Digital assets involve substantial risk.
Tokens and rewards may:
- be highly volatile
- have limited or unavailable liquidity
- lose some or all value
- be affected by blockchain congestion, outages, or forks
- be affected by smart-contract, protocol, software, wallet, or infrastructure defects
- be affected by third-party platform failures
- be subject to changing laws or regulatory treatment
Rando does not guarantee the value, liquidity, transferability, availability, or legal treatment of any token or reward.
13. No Advice or Promise of Profit
Nothing in the Services constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
No statement by Rando is a promise or guarantee of profit, token appreciation, returns, liquidity, rewards, or future value.
You are responsible for independently evaluating whether any token, reward, campaign, wallet interaction, or transaction is appropriate for you and for obtaining professional advice where appropriate.
14. Taxes
You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying taxes, duties, or other governmental charges arising from rewards or digital assets you receive.
Rando does not provide tax advice and does not withhold taxes unless required by applicable law.
15. Data Accuracy
Token balances, prices, market information, transaction status, eligibility data, and other information displayed through the Services may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.
Rando may rely on blockchain networks, RPC providers, APIs, wallets, explorers, databases, and other third-party sources and does not guarantee their accuracy or availability.
16. Third-Party Services
The Services may rely on or link to third-party platforms, wallets, blockchain networks, explorers, social services, hosting providers, databases, and reward-routing providers.
Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Rando does not control and is not responsible for their availability, security, content, conduct, or operation.
17. Intellectual Property
The Rando name, branding, artwork, website content, software, and other project materials are owned by or licensed to the Rando team.
Rando's source code is not open source unless expressly stated otherwise. Third-party software and materials remain subject to their applicable licenses and terms.
Ordinary viewing, lawful linking, and normal use of the Services are permitted.
18. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, SECURITY, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
19. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RANDO AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, TOKENS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR ANTICIPATED REWARDS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RANDO'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES, REWARDS, OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED US $100.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
20. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rando, the Rando team, and its contributors from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, unlawful conduct, fraud, manipulation, or infringement of another person's rights.
21. Force Majeure
Rando is not responsible for delays, interruptions, failures, or losses caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including blockchain congestion or outages, third-party failures, internet disruptions, government actions, natural disasters, labor disputes, cyberattacks, or widespread infrastructure failures.
22. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
A dispute may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction. The parties may separately agree to arbitration, mediation, or another informal process, but no such process is mandatory unless separately agreed.
Any claim must be brought within the time permitted by applicable law.
23. Changes to These Terms
Rando may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Last updated" date identifies the current version.
Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
24. General Terms
Entire agreement
These Terms, together with applicable reward or campaign details displayed through the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rando regarding the Services and supersede prior or contemporaneous communications on the same subject.
Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
No waiver
Rando's failure to enforce a provision does not waive its right to enforce it later.
Assignment
Rando may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a reorganization, sale, transfer of the project, or formation of a legal entity. You may not assign your rights or obligations without Rando's prior written consent.
Electronic communications
You consent to receive notices electronically, including through the Site, email, or other electronic channels. Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing.
Survival
Provisions that by their nature should survive discontinued use or termination remain in effect, including intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions.
Interpretation
Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Words such as "including" and "includes" are illustrative and do not limit the meaning of the preceding language.
